پلاستیسیته و تماس در ANSYS، جزو عوامل غیرخطی کننده مسائل هستند. “پلاستیسیته (Plasticity)” در مسائل سازه ای عبور از محدوده تسلیم و الاستیک را میگویند. “تماس (Contact)” به فشار مثبت بین دو سطح در اثر از بین رفته فاصله بینشان اطلاق میشود. در نظر گرفتن این دو عامل میتواند شبیه سازی را تا حد زیادی واقعی کند. اما سرعت محاسبات هم به دلیل نموگیری نرم افزار کاهش میابد. از این رو آشنایی کاربران با نحوه شبیه سازی اصولی پلاستیسیته و تماس در ANSYS بسیار مهم است. بخصوص کاربرانی که میخواهند بصورت اصولی و دقیق با نرم افزار کار کنند و شبیه سازی هایی مبتنی بر واقعیت انجام دهند.
بطور کلی آموزش ANSYS یکی از مهمترین آموزش هایی است که هر مهندس طراحی باید قبل از ورود به دنیای صنعت ببیند.
انسیس (ANSYS) مخفف کلمات (ANalysis SYStems) یک برنامه تحلیل به روش المان محدود می‌باشد که محصول شرکت ANSYS Inc می باشد. اولین نسخه این نرم افزار در سال 1970 توسط John Swanson ایجاد گردید. نرم افزار ANSYS مهندسین و طراحان را قادر می‌سازد تا به راحتی بهینه‌سازی ساختاری، حرارتی، دینامیکی، تعادل وزنی و عملکردی و همچنین شبیه‌سازی‌های مُد ارتعاشی و ضریب اطمینان و ایمنی را در طرح‌هایشان به صورت مرحله به مرحله اعمال کنند.
آموزش ANSYS در محیط های مختلف تحلیلی ارائه شده است. پایه ای ترین و بهترین محیط برای درک نحوه کارکرد این برنامه، محیط APDL است. اصطلاح APDL مخفف ANSYS Parametric Design Language است. این برنامه به نوعی قدیمی ترین نرم افزار در مجموعه ANSYS شناخته میشود و بعد از نرم افزار MSC.NASTRAN قدیمی ترین نرم افزار تحلیل المان محدود است.
